01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Mosbet ("we", "us", "the platform") governing your access to and use of the Mosbet website at mosbet.vip and all associated services, games, and features.

By clicking "Register", creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on Mosbet, you confirm that you have read these Terms carefully, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. 02 Eligibility

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

Mosbet processes all deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Supported payment methods are bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposits are credited to your Mosbet balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Mosbet does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. The name registered on your payment account must match the name on your Mosbet account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳100
• Withdrawal processing time: typically within 24 hours
• Mosbet may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal

05 Bonuses & Promotions

Mosbet offers bonuses and promotional credits to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates. These specific terms take precedence over any general statements about bonuses.

Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement for Mosbet bonuses is 30x the bonus amount. This means that if you receive a ৳500 bonus, you must wager a total of ৳15,000 before the bonus or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn.

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless Mosbet explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses expire after 30 days if the wagering requirement is not met within that period.
• Mosbet reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — will result in account suspension.

06 Betting Rules

All bets placed on Mosbet are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the platform. It is your responsibility to check your bet slip carefully before confirming. Mosbet is not liable for bets placed in error.

Mosbet reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a technical error, a pricing error, or a system malfunction. In such cases, the stake will be returned to your account. Mosbet also reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any game or market at its discretion.

• Minimum bet: ৳10 (varies by game)
• Maximum bet: set per game and per market — check the game interface for current limits
• Bets placed after an event has started may be voided at Mosbet's discretion
• In the event of a dispute about a bet outcome, Mosbet's records are the definitive reference

For E-Sports betting, additional rules apply regarding match abandonment, walkover results, and roster changes. These are detailed in the E-Sports section of the platform. For virtual sports including Racing, results are determined by a certified random number generator and are final.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Mosbet. Engaging in any of them will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on Mosbet.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using Mosbet for money laundering or any other financial crime.

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Mosbet staff or other players.
• Claiming bonuses through fraudulent means, including using multiple accounts.

• The account holder is under 18 years of age.

If your account is suspended, you will be notified by email. Any balance in a suspended account will be held pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, your balance will be returned and your account reinstated. If a breach is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach.

You may also close your Mosbet account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance will be paid out to your registered payment method after standard verification checks are completed.

13 Changes to These Terms

Mosbet may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players by email and display a notice on the platform. The updated Terms will take effect 7 days after notification unless the change is required by law, in which case it takes effect immediately.
